Our leadership team comprises passionate, agile, and battle-tested executives who cut their teeth in the early 2000s, when the Philippine BPO industry was beginning to bloom. From humble beginnings as frontline agents dialing into the U.S. market, we have climbed every rung of the ladder—learning, failing, winning, and ulmately evolving into world-class operators, consultants, and entrepreneurs.
By the late 2000s, we branched out independently as business owners and consultants. We have since designed and executed high-impact programs across call centers in North America, Australia, and Asia, delivering performance, growth, and strategic breakthroughs for our partners.
Mentored by two of the original seven founders of the Call Center Association of the Philippines, our team developed a sharp business ethic and a strong, values-driven approach to leadership. From designing tender proposals to closing high-value deals, we have stayed hands-on, always aligning client needs with exceptional outcomes.
